It mainly produces and operates the casting of key engine components such as engine bodies and cylinder heads for 4-40L engineering vehicles, buses, trucks, ships, and power stations, as well as undertakes the casting and processing of various mechanical castings at home and abroad.

At present, the company has an annual production capacity of 50000 tons of qualified castings, including a foundry (Phase I) and a machining plant. The entire molding line adopts HWS pneumatic pre compacting static pressure molding line, the core of the machine body adopts LORAMENDI core making center, the sand processing core equipment is imported ERICH equipment, the melting is carried out by the American Yingda melting furnace, and the cleaning and shot blasting equipment adopts the wholly-owned Danish DISA shot blasting robot.

The company is also equipped with instruments such as coordinate measuring machines, spectrometers, endoscopes, and metallographic mechanics testing to provide reliable guarantees for producing first-class products.
